The value for money at Derya Beach was very nice. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a beautiful terrace overlooking a fine view of the turquoise sea. The location was serene and close enough to the city center with the need for a car.

We had a fantastic stay at Derya Beach in Kas. the location was perfect, with a stunning view from the terrace. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a bonus. the host, who lived in the building, was incredibly kind and provided helpful advice for our stay. the property is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown and the beach. Parking was ample, and we felt welcomed and at home during our stay. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Cons: Nothing at all.
